WestNEDGE Guitars Call 360-798-8277 - WORKING HARD TO BECOME YOUR GUITAR OF CHOICE

The bodies are cut out using a CNC machine, which creates a more consistant finished product.  Each body after it has been cut is hand sanded and inspected, then sent off to the preassemlby bench where everything is fitted prior to paint.

The painting process requires several steps before it is complete. The time spent waiting for the primer, sealer, color, and clear coat to cure is well worth the wait and ensures a long lasting finish

.

Once the bodies are painted they are brought to the assembly department where care is taken in putting together the guitar with there particular parts. After the guitars are assembled they are then set up by adjusting the neck, string action, intunation, and other critcal processes for making the guitar play and sound right.
